If you’re in the mood for fish, then you’re in luck, because Waterfront Grill offers an appetizing seafood selection. Grilled fish options include salmon, redfish, and catfish, or you could go with the pan-seared ahi tuna. Interested in some shellfish? Try the Oysters Weemo, a dish of breaded and baked oysters with green onion, mushrooms, and parmesan. You might have even seen it on the cover of Louisiana Cookin’. Signature seafood offerings include the Catfish Desiard, seasoned similarly to the Oysters Weemo and featured in an issue of Southern Living. Take one bite of the Shrimp Rakhee and you’ll see why its creamy white sauce has become a local favorite as well.

Farm-raised fare at Waterfront includes a sizzling char-grilled ribeye, plus frenched pork chops hot off the grill. The teriyaki chicken comes marinated in a house Polynesian sauce, and the hearty Samburger touts premium black angus beef and your choice of toppings. If you can’t decide between surf or turf, go with a bowl of the gumbo, which features both chicken and shrimp in a wonderfully seasoned roux.
